We are seeking experienced fundraising representatives to generate memberships from our loyal customers. You must be available to work 4 days a week, mornings or evenings, including 5 hours on Saturday or Sunday. Experience with fundraising or selling by phone for an arts, entertainment or non-profit organization is a plus.
Schedules are flexible. Available hours are 9AM-1PM or 5PM-9PM during the week, 9:30- 3.00 Saturday and Sunday 4-9PM. You pick the days, and work 16-30 hours per week total.
In depth Knowledge and/or serious appreciation of the performing arts required. Some knowledge of opera is necessary.
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to Met donors and patrons to raise funds for the Met
Record information from these calls into the Met’s database
Meet or exceed personal and departmental fundraising goals.

Selling Skills
Computer (PC) literate
Ability to work and think clearly under pressure
Work well with a fundraising team
